About Tim Edwards

Tim is a Licensed Realtor working throughout the Greater Austin-area. In his role, Tim specializes in residential real estate, working with clients throughout the buying and selling process. In addition to Austin, Tim lives and works in Hays County, representing buyers and sellers from Buda to San Marcos.
Tim brings decades of business management and sales expertise to real estate, with over twenty-two years of mid-to-high level management for Fortune 500 companies, as well as seven years’ experience in business to business sales. Tim proved to be highly effective in both industries, having received top location awards managing $100 million locations, as well as receiving top sales awards in his final three years of sales.
A firm believer in the empowerment of homeownership, Tim works to build long-term relationships with existing homeowners, as well as educate those exploring the possibility of buying a home for the first time. Tim often states that a home purchase is not “transactional”, it is transformative to the family’s future.
Tim has over seven years’ experience in serving local city government, having served as Planning Commissioner, City Councilperson, as well as board member to numerous non-profit organizations over the years. A true servant leader.
His unique background in business operations, sales, and local city government has equipped him with a broad knowledge base for a successful career in real estate. It all boils down to one common theme and purpose: relationships. Tim works diligently to understand his client’s needs, and believes the relationship is the most important aspect of every interaction.
